Ticket includes:

-750ml Bottle of Exitus Wine (aged in Bourbon Barrels)

-375ml Bottle of American Prairie Bourbon

-Bottle of cocktail mix for Two NY Sours

-Selection of three sample-size cheeses

-Box of crackers

-All bundled in a reusable SWM bag including Wine Key and Matches!

Guests may pick up boxes on Wednesday between 12PM–7PM or Thursday 12PM–6PM from Salt Water Market.

Who's Who:

Diana Pittet

Diana has worked at cheese shops in England and the U.S. and has written about cheese pairings and the history of cheese. In addition to working at Salt Water Market, Diana runs a cocktail catering company, Night Owl Hospitality, and teaches about the history, culture, and politics of drinking at New York University and on walking tours in the city.

Steven DeCosta

Steven DeCosta leads a team of talented young winemakers who focus on creating wines with character that come from premier appellations and fruit. Working to ensure the highest level of winemaking standards are met, he also oversees research and development and introduces new technology that’s implemented across the winery. Steven uses his foundation of chemistry and microbiology to create wines with a varietal focus of aromatics and flavors that consumers will enjoy. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Enology from California State Fresno. When Steven is not in the vineyard or production facility, you can find him traveling, cooking, or reading philosophy.
