As the season comes to an end, we are relieved to say we survived the business effects of Mother Nature’s ups and downs, as well as a complete overhaul of our business model due to the COVID-19 restrictions placed upon us. We are thankful for the announcement of indoor dining in our great state! However, even during a normal year, this is always a time of struggle; between tired Summer season employees (some clocking in at nearly 70-hour weeks for the last 12 weeks!) and saying goodbye to others as they return to school, as well as the cooler temperatures coming in, we are confronted with some tough stuff. Thus, the announcement– that comes just a few days prior to a holiday weekend– presents many new challenges. Continuing to clean and sanitize, staffing, ordering, prepping, permits to be filed…and not a whole lot of sleep! These things and more are all part of what really needs to happen in order to successfully execute a safe and controlled environment for indoor dining. And it is worth it for you, our community, our Ohana.

With that, we want to let you know that we are working tirelessly to get indoor dining up and running as soon as possible. BUT the local weather forecast does predict a beautiful weekend ahead of us! If you dine at one of our restaurants that don't offer indoor dining this weekend, please be patient and enjoy the beautimous outdoors while we still can.

Needless to say, we are very excited to get back in the groove, and we appreciate you bearing with us, as we *may* not be operating indoors at all our venues by Friday. Keep an eye on our social channels, as we will post updates on our indoor reopening via Instagram and Facebook. Remember when visiting all the wonderful local eateries, it’s not just flicking a switch and everything is magically ready to proceed as normal. Our world is changing yet again and we will come back to bring you what we always have– eclectic cuisine, unique cocktails, and fabulous live music. Our team appreciates you, your support, and your patience as we continue to create a safe and scrumptious dining experience!
